REFUND POLICY

Payment of the 25% deposit is deemed to be a firm booking.
The Hirer becomes liable for the full balance of charges six weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday.
Non-payment of the balance by the due date will result in the owner treating the property as being available for re-booking and loss of deposit.
If the hirer cancels a confirmed booking within the 6 weeks they remain liable for payment of the full cost of the holiday.
Upon receipt of the cancellation, we will endeavour to re-let the property and if successful will make a full refund less any expenses incurred in re-letting.

SLEEPS 4. Prices range from £540 low season to £670 high season.

Hayloft Apartment

The Hayloft is a 2 bedroom 1st floor apartment looking over to Holy Isle with Sea Views.
Steps to the rear of the property lead up to the private entrance to the apartment. A spacious hall leads into an lovely open plan living area with sea views and modern fully equipped kitchen with built in oven and hob and fridge freezer, washing machine and dining area. 2 comfy sofas and a large flat screen TV make it a very comfortable and relaxing room.
Off the living room is the king size bedroom which is large and airy and again has the sea views. There is also a spacious twin room and newly fitted bathroom with walk in rainfall shower. The apartment has central heating throughout.
Being part of Oakbank Farm, guests have access to the tennis courts, children swings and the large playing field.

PETS
Pets are not allowed in the Hayloft apartment.
